DAVID HARRINGTON TRIO
David Harrington (*1973) studied piano with Frank Guzinski and singing (tenor) with Günter Giese (Berlin State Opera). At the same time, he obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in music theater and theater studies at the Free University of Berlin.
As pianist and conductor he was involved in the musical productions PHANTOM OF THE OPERA (German premiere), CATS (German premiere), DIRTY DANCING (German premiere) and ICH WAR NOCH NIEMALS IN NEW YORK (World premiere).
Since 2004 he is part of the piano duo DAVID & GÖTZ with show piano, fine humor and singing. The duo has performed more than 700 public concerts so far, among others in the year 2016 DAVID & GÖTZ performed the largest piano duo concert in the world to date on two grand pianos in the Barclaycard Arena Hamburg with an audience of 6.000 people.
In 2018 his entertainment program premiered in Germany and ran for a long time in the small and large theatre of the Schmidts TIVOLI with 250 respectively 500 seats.
